Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive one letter each month. This is based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. *Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
 
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on a monthly basis. If you purchased a 6-month or yearly subscription, you will only be charged once at the beginning of your subscription term as a prepaid charge, and you will receive one letter per month for the duration of your subscription.

All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their term, except for non-renewing gift subscriptions. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you must cancel it BEFORE the next renewal date. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time in your account dashboard. You can also contact us at info@writingsfromthewild.com to cancel your subscription.

When you cancel your prepaid subscription, we will still ship any remaining letters monthly until your subscription expires. For example, if you ordered a 6-month subscription and choose to cancel after 4 months, you will still receive the remaining 2 months. Your subscription will not renew if you cancel.

If you are on the monthly subscription plan and cancel after your monthly payment processes, you will still receive the shipment you already paid for, but you will not be charged again or receive any future shipments. Your NEXT renewal will be canceled.

By ordering a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that pausing a subscription does not cancel it. This will only postpone the charge/shipment until the date you choose.
