Shipping policy

Letters begin mailing in batches mid-late month. If you have signed up after the 20th, letters will be mailed out 3-7 business days after subscribing. Please give the postal service 2-3 weeks to deliver within the U.S. If you live outside of the U.S., this may take a little bit longer.

Please advise that if you subscribe after the 20th then there is a chance you may not receive your letter until after the 1st of the next month due to the nature of “snail mail”. This usually isn’t the case, but it can happen.

All letters are shipped via USPS First-Class mail using a postage stamp.

Tracking numbers are not available for this shipment type. If you suspect your letter has been lost in transit or delayed, please contact us at info@writingsfromthewild.com. *Please see our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

Please be mindful that this is snail-mail, and we are at the mercy of the USPS. Writings from the Wild is not responsible for any delays or lost items once they have shipped and are in the hands of the USPS.
