Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. Please email us at info@writingsfromthewild.com to cancel your auto-renewal. Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription in your account if you created one at checkout. If not, you will need to email us.

  • If your letter arrives damaged, please send an email to info@writingsfromthewild.com with a photo of the damage and we can refund or replace the item at our discretion.

  • If you suspect your letter is lost in transit, we will provide a refund or replacement. 

  • In order to receive any replacements or refunds for missing or damaged letters, you must send contact us through email within 30 days of the shipping date.

  •  Refunds are not available for orders placed with the incorrect address upon checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change. We MUST be notified through email in order to successfully change your mailing address. Changing it in your account dashboard does NOT successfully change your address. (Unfortunately, this is the only way at this time.) We will resend orders that were placed within the previous 30 days. Any letters that have been mailed past the 30-day mark are not subject to a refund or resend.
